World-class coffee from the western side of the Central Andes Mountain range. Third generation farmers grow and harvest these beans to create a perfectly balanced coffee, both silky and sweet.
The Bean Story
Producer Atilano Giraldo grew up working in coffee alongside his father and is the third generation of his family to grow coffee in Quindio. Gradually, he acquired additional properties, including Finca Palmichal, which is 53 hectares in size and has approximately 350k coffee trees. This is a silky, sweet, and balanced coffee. Lighter roasts exhibit bright citrus notes of grapefruit and tangerine, while darker roasts pull out molasses, chocolate, and toasted almond flavors.
