The Bean Story
Finca Churupampa is a progressive coffee farm in Chirinos, Cajamarca, Peru. The Tocto brothers took over farm operations from their parents and are now transforming it into a model for economically and environmentally sustainable coffee production. The Toctos also assist 215 neighboring farmers with exporting and marketing within their community. This coffee produces an exceptionally well balanced and versatile cup. Lighter roasts display tropical notes of pineapple and mango with toffee sweetness, while darker roasts share tastes like fudge, dark brown sugar, and spice.
